Page border problem

The reason that the printer doesn't print is due to the fact that some printers will not print very close to the edge of the paper. To adjust this, perform the following:
1. Open the Word file.
2. Click the Microsoft Office button, point to Print and click "Print Preview".
3. In the Page Setup portion, click Size and then click "More Paper Sizes...".
4. In the "Page Setup" dialog box, click the "Paper" tab.
5. In the "Paper size:" section, adjust the width to 10.8 and then click OK.
6. Save the Word document.
